Advertising disclosure

ATL Plumber Pros is an advertising and referral service operated by Pinecrest Advisory Services, LLC. This page explains exactly what that means.

We are not a plumbing company

We do not perform plumbing work of any kind. We hold no plumbing licence and make no claim to one. Every job discussed on this site is carried out by an independent plumbing company, which is responsible for holding the Georgia licence the work requires and for pulling any permit.

What happens when you call or send a request

The telephone number on this site is a tracking number operated by us. Calls to it are forwarded to an independent plumbing company serving Atlanta and the surrounding area. Calls may be recorded, and you will hear an announcement before the call connects; if you do not want to be recorded you can hang up at that point and use the form. Form submissions are stored by us and passed to the same company.

How we are paid

The plumbing company pays us for introductions, either as a fixed monthly fee or per enquiry. You are never charged by us. What you pay for the work is between you and the company; we do not mark up their prices and take no share of the job.

What we do with your details

Your name, phone number and description are passed to the plumbing company so it can contact you. We keep a record of enquiries to see whether the site is working. We do not sell your details and do not pass them to multiple companies to bid against each other.

Reviews, ratings and photographs

There are no reviews or ratings on this site, deliberately. It has no review history of its own, and publishing testimonials we did not collect would be inventing one. Photographs are licensed stock images; none shows work done by us or presented as done by the plumbing company.

Accuracy

The guides are general information, not engineering, legal or insurance advice. Utility rules, permit requirements and code provisions differ between Atlanta, DeKalb County, Fulton County and the surrounding cities, and they change. Confirm anything that matters with the relevant utility, permit office or a licensed plumber before relying on it.

The photographs on this site are stock images used under the Unsplash and Pexels licences. They illustrate the subject; none shows work arranged through this site.
