Contact
If water is coming in or sewage is coming up, call rather than writing, and shut the main water valve first. For anything that can wait a day, the form works just as well and lets you describe the problem properly.
Phone
Serving intown Atlanta, Decatur, Brookhaven and Sandy Springs. Calls may be recorded — see the disclosure.
What happens next
Your call is forwarded to a local plumbing company; a form request is passed to the same company. They call you back, ask a few questions about the house and the problem, and arrange a visit. Your details go to one company, not a list.
Useful to have ready
None of this is required. It just makes the first call shorter.
- Which fixtures are affected, and whether it is one drain or several
- Roughly when the house was built, if you know
- Where the outdoor sewer cleanout is, or that you cannot find one
- Whether it has happened before, and what was done then
- For a sewer problem, whether neighbours have the same trouble
Calls are recorded
Before your call connects you will hear a short announcement that it may be recorded. Recordings are kept so the details of a problem are not lost between the person who answers and the person who comes out. If you would rather not be recorded, hang up at the announcement and use the form.
Phones answered Mon–Sat, 7am–7pm. Night cover is set by the plumber.
Common questions
Can I just ask a question without booking anything?
Yes. Plenty of calls end with advice: which utility to report a backup to, or whether a slow drain can wait.
Do you work on weekends?
Phones are answered Monday to Saturday. Weekend and after-hours visits are up to the plumbing company and are usually priced higher.
Or send the details
Say what is happening and a local plumbing company will call you back within one business day. Phones answered Mon–Sat, 7am–7pm. Night cover is set by the plumber. Or call (470) 243-2699. If water is still coming in or sewage is coming up, call instead.
