About this site
ATL Plumber Pros is an advertising and referral service operated by Pinecrest Advisory Services, LLC. We are not a plumbing company, we hold no plumbing licence, and we do not do the work. A local plumbing company does.

How a request moves
You call the number on this site or send the form. The call is forwarded, or the request passed on, to an independent plumbing company that works in Atlanta. Someone there talks to you about the problem, comes out, quotes and does the job. Your agreement and your payment are with them. There is no charge to you for the introduction.
Why the site is mostly about sewer lines
Search for a plumber in Atlanta and you get the same national advice about dripping taps and running toilets that you would get anywhere. Very little of it deals with the actual problem in the older parts of this city: a clay lateral a century old, under a big oak, that the City of Atlanta makes the homeowner responsible for from the house all the way to the main. That is the problem that produces the expensive phone calls, so that is what the guides explain.
What we will not publish
No reviews, star ratings, licence numbers, years in business or photos of jobs. We did not do any jobs, so we have none of those to show, and inventing them would be lying about a track record. The photographs on this site are licensed stock and show the kind of thing being discussed, not work anyone here performed.
Licensing, plainly
Plumbing in Georgia is licensed by the state, through the Division of Master and Journeyman Plumbers of the Construction Industry Licensing Board. The company that takes your job should hold that licence through a master plumber. Check it yourself on the Secretary of State’s lookup at verify.sos.ga.gov, and ask for the name to search. Do not take our word for it, or anyone else’s.
Questions people ask about this arrangement
How do you get paid if the introduction is free?
The plumbing company pays for the introduction. You pay them for the work at whatever price you agree. Nothing you pay passes through us, and we take no share of the job.
Is my request sent to several companies?
No. It goes to one company, so you do not get five phone calls from plumbers competing for the job.
What if the work goes wrong?
Your contract is with the plumbing company, so their terms and warranty apply and that is who you take it up with. Tell us as well; the site only works if the company it sends people to does good work.
Why should I trust the advice in the guides?
Check it. Where a guide quotes a city or state rule it names the source, and where rules vary it says to ask the city. The guides tell people to fix a pipe rather than replace it when that is the cheaper honest answer.

Send a request
Say what is happening and a local plumbing company will call you back within one business day. Phones answered Mon–Sat, 7am–7pm. Night cover is set by the plumber. Or call (470) 243-2699. If water is still coming in or sewage is coming up, call instead.
